Welcome to the Northeast Campus Stores Association (NCSA) — a community built by and for independent campus retailers across the Northeast. Whether you're a small campus shop, a large university store, a vendor partner, or an individual professional, there’s a place for you here.

Our membership model is designed to provide value, flexibility, and year-round connection through networking, education, resources, and events.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

NCSA uses a bundle membership model. This means:

    • Each organization (campus store or vendor) has a Bundle Coordinator — the primary contact responsible for managing the membership.
    • Bundle members (additional staff from the same organization) can be added at no extra cost, up to the tier limit, and receive full member benefits.
    • Individual memberships are also available for professionals not affiliated with a specific store or vendor.


RENEWAL DETAILS

Memberships renew annually on July 1.

You’ll receive email reminders leading up to the renewal date, with instructions for easy payment and updates.

NCSA does not currently offer automatic billing, so renewals must be confirmed each year by the bundle coordinator.

    • Regional education sessions and member-only Zoom calls (3–4 per year)
    • Active member forum to ask questions, share ideas, and connect with peers (for store members only)
    • Regular newsletters via our News Blog and updates on Northeast-specific trends
    • Resources library with downloadable tools, session materials, and industry insights
    • Free virtual events and the annual K–12 store meeting
    • Discounted registration for the NCSA Fall Conference
    • Access to the member directories access and vendor/store networking
