We’re committed to making the NCSA Annual Conference accessible to all campus stores. To support participation, NCSA is offering scholarships to help cover conference-related expenses.
SCHOLARSHIP Overview
What the Scholarship Covers
- Up to $400 in expenses per store
- Flexible use of funds for:

- Conference registration (register now and leave it unpaid if using the scholarship)
- Mileage or hotel accommodations (reimbursed to the store after confirmation of attendance)
Who Can Apply
- Any campus store may apply
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until funds are allocated
How to Apply
- Complete the scholarship application form below.
- Indicate how you plan to use the scholarship funds.
- Submit your application before the October 10 deadline.
Important Notes
- If you’re applying to use the scholarship for registration, please register through the conference portal and select the “unpaid” option until awards are finalized.
- If using for mileage or hotel, reimbursement will be processed after the event once attendance is confirmed.
