Join fellow NCSA members for a collaborative, round-table discussion focused on additional revenue streams and growth opportunities for campus stores. This session is designed as an open exchange of ideas and experiences around how stores are diversifying revenue beyond traditional product sales.

Participants are encouraged to come prepared to share examples of what’s worked at their store, initiatives they’re hoping to try, or ideas they’ve heard about and are curious to explore. Topics may include services, partnerships, pop-ups, events, alternative sales channels, and other creative approaches to growth — as well as honest conversation about what hasn’t been worth the effort.

Connect with colleagues from both large and small stores to swap ideas, gain inspiration, and learn how others are thinking about sustainable growth within the campus retail environment.

Format: Interactive round-table discussion and idea sharing — participation is encouraged.

Who Should Attend: All NCSA store members — directors, managers, buyers, operations, marketing, and anyone interested in exploring new ways to drive revenue and growth.
